During week 34, your baby's fingernails have reached the end of their fingertips.

By the end of this week, your baby will be about 1 foot or 300 millimeters in length from crown to rump and weigh almost 4.5 pounds or 2100 grams.

Third trimester symptoms will persist or become more accute.
