Pregnancy Week 37
Congratulations!
By the thirty-seventh week, your pregnancy is considered full-term.
All of the baby's organs are fully formed and ready to function on their own.
In preparation for birth your baby may begin to turn and descend.
Before birth you will lose the mucous plug that sealed off your uterus from infection very early in your pregnancy.
The plug is thick and yellowish and may be tinged with blood.
Labor may begin hours, days or weeks after losing the plug.
Check with your physician about any discharge that you are unsure about.
